itSMF UK Transition Mgt Working Party - Future Collateral
Hi All,
I’ve just chaired an itSMF UK Transition Mgt Working Party meeting and one of the agenda items was ideas for future collateral. Some of the ideas we have so far are:
• Booklet / “little ITIL” on how Software Asset Management interfaces to ITIL 3 2011 and the ISO19770.
• Knowledge Management.
• Testing & Validation & the V Model. How do they work in real life and how to scale them appropriately.
• Transition planning – how to manage handovers to production in real life and the role of the Service Design Package (SDP)
